1. Do I need to buy tickets to attend the convention?

Yes, tickets are required to attend the Viken Tattoorama 2025. You can purchase tickets online in advance or at the door, depending on availability.

2. What other activities are available at the convention?

There’s so much more to experience at the convention! Along with the live tattoo action and tattoo history mini-museum, you can shop unique clothing, vinyls, and top-quality tattoo supplies. Plus, we’ve got a fun painting station for kids, where they can get creative and enjoy the festival vibe. Don’t miss out on the chance to explore, shop, and make unforgettable memories!

3. Can I get tattooed at the convention?

Absolutely! You can either schedule a tattoo in advance by contacting your preferred artist directly (DM them), or drop in and get tattooed spontaneously by one of the talented tattooists available on-site. Check out our ARTISTS section to see who is attending this year's event.

4. What should I bring to the convention?

We recommend bringing your ticket, ID, any design ideas you have for your tattoo, and comfortable clothing. If you're planning to get a tattoo, don't forget to bring any necessary documents, such as parental consent if you're under 18.

5. Can I participate in the tattoo competition?

Yes! To enter, you'll need to register your tattoo at the competition stand 15 minutes before the competition starts. Make sure your tattoo is created by an artist attending the event, and check the competition guidelines for more details.

6. Can I visit the tattoo history mini-museum?

Yes! The mini-museum is open to all attendees. It provides an exciting journey through the history of tattooing, showcasing the art's rich culture and evolution.

7. Is there an age restriction for getting a tattoo at the convention?

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo. If you're under 18, you’ll need a parent or guardian's written consent to get tattooed.

8. What is the dress code for attending the convention?

There is no formal dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing. If you're getting tattooed, choose something that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.

9. Are pets allowed at the event?

For safety, hygiene  and comfort, pets are not allowed at the convention, with the exception of service animals.

10. Can I buy tattoo-related merchandise at the convention?

Yes! There will be plenty of tattoo-related merchandise available for purchase, including clothing, accessories, and artwork.

11. Can I bring children to the convention?

Absolutely! Viken Tattoorama 2025 is a family-friendly event. While you explore the incredible tattoo art, your kids can enjoy the fun painting station and soak up the vibrant atmosphere. It’s a great opportunity to introduce them to the world of art in a lively, creative setting. Just make sure to keep an eye on them as they enjoy the festivities!

12. Is cash payment required, or can I use card or Vipps?

Cash is the preferred payment method at the convention. Since many tattoo artists are traveling from other countries, not everyone will have a card terminal or access to Vipps. To ensure smooth transactions, please bring sufficient cash for tattoos and any other purchases.

13. If I have a tattoo appointment, do I still need to pay the entrance fee?

Yes, all attendees are required to pay the entrance fee, including those with pre-booked tattoo appointments. This fee covers entry to the entire convention and access to all the activities, vendors, and exhibitions.
